Joseph has been an active volunteer with DFKDC since 2012 and was honored with the 2016 Volunteer of the Year Award. He serves as a Special Agent for National Background Investigations Bureau where he has spent more than a decade working the national security field. He served on the campaign team for a candidate of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man Woman of the Year Award and supports a variety of local nonprofits. He graduate with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He remains an avid Terps fan. Outside of working with DFKDC, Joseph enjoys exploring different culinary cuisines with friends. Joseph brings a passion for helping children with special needs reach their full potential, providing a youth participant-first approach to programmatic planning.
